As in a human body, there is no life, no pulse, no direction without the head, and the Bible is clear that Jesus is the Head of the church. So how is His leadership seen? Christ’s leadership is demonstrated by the leadership that’s on the ground giving time to prayer and Bible study, developing an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church. After Jesus, and while we are still a church plant, the buck stops with the Newfrontiers London apostolic team. These 6 men, led by Steve Tibbert (based at Kings Church, Catford www.kingscentre.org.uk ), oversee Revelation Church governmentally until a team of elders is established here. On the ground, Stef Liston (formerly on the eldership team of City Hope Church  www.cityhope.co.uk ) is leading the plant and will lead the eldership team here, as and when the elders emerge.
