In the day of of the early church a common cultural language was that of philosophy and religion. Whilst the apostle Paul was in Athens he found that the "Athenians and the foreigners who lived there would spend their time in nothing except telling or hearing something new." (Acts 17:21).
So Paul spent his time speaking to them in this common tongue, introducing them to our God. "Some mocked... others said "We will hear you again about this." (and others) joined him and believed." (Acts 17:32)

A common cultural language of our day is that of the arts, be it music, literature, drama, dance or design. We all share, analyse, debate and discuss what we see, hear and read, both those things which inspire and challenge us.
As a Gospel Community we are seeking to reach the people around us through the arts and reach fellow artists through shared projects and events as well as our own lives and work. We meet together every other Tuesday to engage with this primary aim. As well as this we often sharing food, lives, work, investing time in our relationships with one another and with God.
